Independent India – Healthcare Reality Check: Where do we go from here?

About the event
The world is currently going through the worst humanitarian crisis of the century because of the pandemic. While the four lockdowns were gainfully utilized to ramp up health infrastructure, still it appears to be grossly inadequate at the end of two unlocks. Despite significant progress made on the health metrics in the last 73 years of free India, our health systems are teetering because of COVID19.
This national-level debate of young and experienced brain drawn from the health, technology, and business aims to brainstorm on healthcare reality check in the current time addressing specific issues as follows:
- Are we going to achieve SDG by 2030 with the new normal?
- Is the ‘Vocal for Local’ mantra will help us to improve our country’s health?
- How the economics of healthcare will change?
- Where do we go from here?
We expect several hundred people from the Government, health practitioners, students/young working professionals, and civil society organizations to participate in the event.
